Moocha is operated by MOOCHA APP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17162582). Our registered address is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

When these terms say "we", "us", or "our", they mean MOOCHA APP LTD. When they say "you" or "your", they mean the person using MOOCHA APP LTD.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using MOOCHA APP LTD, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

MOOCHA APP LTD is currently in invite-only beta. Access is by invitation only and we reserve the right to limit or withdraw access at any time.

Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use MOOCHA APP LTD. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 16 or older. If we discover that a user is under 16, we will terminate their account and delete their data.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not impersonate another person or create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.

You may only have one account. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted.

Content you post

When you post content on MOOCHA APP LTD — including photos, videos, captions, and garment information — you retain ownership of that content. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and distribute your content as part of operating the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You are responsible for the content you post. You must ensure that:

• You own the content or have the right to share it
• Your content does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property rights
• Your content complies with these terms and applicable law

Prohibited content and conduct

You must not post or do any of the following on MOOCHA APP LTD:

• Nudity, sexually explicit content, or content that sexualises individuals
• Hate speech or content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Harassment, bullying, or threats directed at any individual
• Content that glorifies or promotes violence or self-harm
• Spam, misleading content, or commercial solicitation not authorised by us
• Impersonation of any person, brand, or organisation
• Content that violates any applicable law, including copyright and privacy law
• Tagging another user's username on content that does not feature them
• Any content involving minors in a sexual or inappropriate context

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we consider harmful, offensive, or inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

Reporting content

If you see content that violates these terms, you can report it using the report function in the app. We will review reports and take appropriate action. We do not guarantee a specific response time or outcome for every report.

Intellectual property

MOOCHA APP LTD and its content — including the platform design, garment catalogue, and all features — belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of MOOCHA APP LTD without our written permission.

The garment catalogue we build from user submissions is platform-owned data. Submitting garment information does not give you any ownership rights over catalogue entries.

Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or if we consider it necessary to protect the platform or other users.

You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. This will permanently delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you believe your account has been suspended in error, contact us at privacy@moocha-app.com and we will review your case.

The service is provided "as is"

MOOCHA APP LTD is in beta. We provide the service as it is, without guarantees that it will be available at all times, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of MOOCHA APP LTD, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of content, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Third party links and content

MOOCHA APP LTD may contain links to third party websites, including retailer URLs tagged in posts. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third party sites. Visiting those sites is at your own risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of any material changes. Continuing to use MOOCHA APP LTD after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of MOOCHA APP LTD will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
